He was once the world's fattest baby. Then he was the world's fattest toddler.
Now the Russian mammal-boy Dzhambik Khatokhov, at 9 years old and over 23 stone, is widely considered to be the world's fattest child.
It would be inappropriate to blame Dzhambik obviously. His Pavlovian dependency on calories can only be traced back to one source.
The boy's mother appealed to the press: "What can I do about it? This is who he is, this is how God created him."
